Our Story
Erde Automation was founded with a clear vision: to revolutionize industrial automation in El Salvador and beyond. Starting as a small team of passionate engineers, we quickly established ourselves as pioneers in Industry 4.0 solutions, driven by innovation and excellence.
In 2014, Erde achieved certification as a SCADA/MES software integrator for the Ignition platform by Inductive Automation, a recognition we have renewed consistently to date. In 2015, we won an award from the Ministry of Economy's Innovatics2 program for implementing a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in the food industry. Success continued in 2016 and 2017 as we developed custom information systems for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.
By 2018, Erde launched a cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), accessible via mobile devices, enabling companies to implement preventive maintenance plans for machinery, fleets, and infrastructure. In 2019, one of our MES systems was selected as a finalist at the Annual Ignition ICC Conference, showcasing Salvadoran innovation on a global stage.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we embraced remote work to continue supporting our clients' MES and CMMS systems seamlessly. In 2021, we resumed automation projects and implemented our first IoT-based production monitoring system in a food processing plant. Between 2022 and 2023, Erde expanded its reach beyond El Salvador, delivering services to clients in Brazil, the United States, and other countries.
