Erde Automation provides industrial automation solutions, including but not limited to:

Techniker Services: Mechatronic design, electrical schematics, control panel design, plant operations, and optimization services.
FabrikAPPS: Industrial software solutions including project management platforms, CMMS systems, SCADA development, and remote support services.
Consulting Services: System integration, consulting, and tech support.
Training and Support: Technical training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use our services for illegal or unauthorized use
Violate any applicable laws
Infringe the rights of others
Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Disrupt our services or servers
Compete with our business using our services
Reverse engineer our software

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and functionality is owned by ERDE Automation and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee availability at all times. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or unexpected issues.

We may modify, suspend, or restrict services at any time without notice.

Payment Terms and Refunds

Payment terms are defined in agreements or invoices. Unless stated:

Payment due in 30 days
Late fees may apply
Prices exclude taxes
Refunds follow service agreements

We may suspend services for non-payment after notice is given.

Limitation of Liability

ERDE Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the prior 12 months.

Some limitations may not apply depending on your location.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ERDE Automation and its team against claims related to your use of the services or violation of terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the terms at any time.

Access ends immediately
Unpaid balances remain due
Some clauses will survive termination

Breach of terms may result in immediate suspension without notice.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador.

Disputes will be handled via arbitration or the courts of El Salvador.

Severability

If any clause is found invalid, it will be limited or removed as needed without affecting the rest of the terms.
