What these terms cover

These terms apply to the public website at erde.sv, including success cases and the contact form. They are issued by Erde Automation in San Salvador, El Salvador.

They do not replace a signed statement of work, purchase order or services contract. Ignition SCADA/MES, PLC/HMI programming, panel design and nearshore staffing are delivered under that separate agreement, which controls if there is a conflict.

The website

The site is informational. Descriptions of services, industries and results are examples, not a bid, warranty or guarantee of plant performance. We may change or take down pages without notice.

You may browse for lawful business purposes. You may not scrape the site in a way that overloads it, attempt to access /admin or other private systems without authorization, or copy our branding as your own.

Contact and WhatsApp

Messages sent through the contact form or WhatsApp are inquiries, not an order. We will use the details you provide to reply, as described in our privacy notice. Do not send passwords, PLC backups or other sensitive plant files through the public form.

Intellectual property

Logos, photographs, copy and layout on this website belong to Erde Automation or their licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Drawings, PLC/HMI source, Ignition applications and other deliverables from a paid engagement are governed by the project contract, not by a license in these website terms.

No website warranty

The website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable as the sole basis for engineering decisions. Plant safety, code and commissioning remain the responsibility of the parties named in the project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by El Salvador law, Erde is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website (including lost production or data). Liability for paid engineering work is only as set out in the signed contract.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Payment and projects

This website does not take payment. Fees, schedule, acceptance and refunds for engineering services are defined only in invoices or written agreements. Non-payment under those documents may lead to suspension of project work as stated there.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Courts in San Salvador have jurisdiction over disputes about the website, unless a project contract names another forum for that engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use of the website after the date above means you accept the posted version.
